Conditions for payment:
Payment: 25% deposit is due within 7 days of reservation
Full payment is due 10 days prior to departure.
Reservations not paid by due date will automatically be cancelled.
Major credit cards, checks or money order are accepted..


Cancellations / Refunds:
Group cancellation must be received in writing at least three weeks prior to departure
and are subject to cancellation penalties as follows:
If whole group is cancelled:
30 days prior to departure: full refund less $5 per person service charge if no shows
are involved. In such a case client will be advised of specific penalty at time of reservation.
15 days prior to departure: 25% cancellation fee will apply plus show fees
7 days or less prior to departure No refund
Overnight Tours: Same conditions as above apply. Should one person cancel or leave the tour
and a roommate remains, the remaining person will be charged the single supplement.
No charge for name change.

NOTE: Some of these CONDITIONS may not apply on the CUSTOM DESIGNED TOURS.
Each of these tours will have their own conditions and will be discussed upon reservation.
